Greg & Jennifer currently live in College Station, Texas and are seeking to increase their real estate portfolio by acquiring additional multi-family properties in Brazos County.

 

They both attended Texas A&M University to complete their undergraduate studies and then moved back to Bryan/College Station after completing their graduate degrees. They have been married since 2009 and have 3 small children.

 

Greg is a licensed physical therapist with his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and graduated in 2000. He has been practicing for 17 years in the Bryan/College Station area. In 2007, after serving as the Clinical Director at the Easter Seals East Texas- Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center, Greg began his own physical therapy business as a self-employed contractor. The business has grown to include contracts with six home health agencies, covering a sixty-mile radius, and currently has other therapists sub-contracting through his business.

 

Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor and supervisor with her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. She graduated in 2005 and then opened her own practice at Central Baptist Church in Bryan, Texas until starting a family in 2012. She currently is a stay-at-home mother, part-time home-school teacher, and is active with her children’s activities.

 

In 2011, Mr. and Mrs. Burtin began investing in real estate.  They joined Lifestyles Unlimited, an education and mentoring group, based out of Houston, Texas that proudly acknowledges multiple local, state and national awards winners annually from its members.   Through the extensive education and networking opportunities, the Burtin’s have been principal owners of 4 multifamily properties in the Houston and College Station markets.  All of these properties required significant rehabilitation and repositioning of the property.

 

They were excited to be honored by the Bryan/College Station Apartment Association in 2019 with the Community Excellence Award, and in 2020 awarded as Independent Rental Owner of Year.  Greg has completed both the Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification through the NAA.  

 

As sophisticated investors, Greg and Jenny Burtin have worked diligently to obtain the education, the networking, the experience, and the personal skills to successfully acquire and manage additional properties.
